Directions Use Pompeian 100% Grapeseed Oil for baking, cooking, frying, and stir-frying. Store in a cool, dry place. This product is certified Gluten Free and Non-Allergenic. Review: Great Quality Grapeseed Oil! Love cooking with this oil & makes food taste even better. Great for making essential oil & good for skin care with great benefits. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much! Review: I used to use EVOO for everything, then the economic powers that be decided to price it only for the wealthy in any serious quantity. And the grocery store stuff is either rancid or ultrafiltered "spoiled olives" or likely "blended" with goodness only knows. You see "blended" on olive oil and no harvest date, its garbage. Sorry, but just life in 2024. Grape seed oil is made from grapeseeds from wine indsutry so likely not GMO but other than that is extracted with hexane and I am sure ultra filtered. Good luck finding any affordable oil that is expeller pressed at slow cold temp. And yes they could expeller press organic non-GMO soybeans or non-GMO corn for affordable oil, but dont see that. Probably just from looking at it, if its cloudy, then likely it was expeller pressed. Cloudy isnt seen as a selling point so unlikely to be faked. So for now I buy small bottle of good quality olive oil or walnut oil for salads and grapeseed oil and commercial butter for cooking. Shame but it is what it is. I really doubt any grapeseed oil is better than other, since its all ultra processed. Commercial unsalted butter is probably better buy than most vegetable oils. Grass fed butter is of course lot more expensive. Good quality anything seems very overpriced anymore.

I make my own pain and inflammation topical relief liquids and usually use Grape Seed Oil as the main carrier. This brand seemed to work just as well as previous over priced brands I was using. Essential oils like: Lavender, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Turmeric, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cajeput, and Black Pepper; mixed in the correct ratio with Grape Seed Oil and you can make your own pain relief rub for a few pennies on the dollar compared to buying it from a greedy company. Also worked for a Capsaicin topical pain relief liquid, had several pounds of Hot Peppers that I would otherwise have no use for this year (organic Buddha Hot Wax, Poinsettia, Cayenne, and Habanero plants produced a lot this year). This version of topical relief oil isn't for everyone, can burn and blister skin if the capsaicin levels are too high so be careful if you try it. Do your own research to find out what dilution ratios are safe and work for your skin sensitivity and pain needs... it helps with my compacted spine, rotator cuff, and arthritis issues so it should work for most people with aches, pain, inflammation, and stiffness in muscles or joints

Basically a neutral flavor and it's higher smoke point make this a perfect oil for sautéing and pan frying. (Their description claims it has a light and subtle flavor.) I keep a spray bottle full next to the stove, and the remainder in a cabinet above the stove. A few quick sprays, or a splash, into a skillet while it's warming up and you're ready to go. I use it almost every day and have been really pleased with the results!
