i thought it was good..
My partner wanted a black veil to go with other accessories on her halloween costume. The lady concerned felt the veil was too short. i had a look and it comes down to below her chin, virtually level with her shoulders. YOU can decide!

Worked for our daughter (she is 6) we added to it because it's pretty plain and flat due to shipping and packing but it's a good deal for the cheap price.
