First, I compared the seeds to some leftover seeds from previous seasons from a different vendor. These ones look completely different. Out of curiosity, I planted 30 of these seeds and the six of the leftover seeds as a control group. The leftover seeds were 4 for 6 germination. These seeds were zero for 30. My control group proves that it's not my planting. These are a scam and should be removed from Amazon.

I followed my usual process—tilled the soil, kept the bed moist, and gave them full sun. I even staggered plantings in case weather was a factor. After three weeks? Not a single sprout. Not one. Just to be sure it wasn’t something I missed, I threw a few leftover marigold seeds in the same spot. Boom—green within a week. Whatever came in this packet either isn’t viable or isn’t what it claims to be. I wanted a fuss-free burst of daisies, and instead I’ve got an empty patch of dirt and a wasted planting season. Even at a budget price, that’s a hard pass.
