This futon mattress is pretty comfy; it's thick and the velvet is soft. It works as advertised, though it's definitely a bit pricey. We use it as extra sleeping space for guests in our small city apartment, but you'll need a separate frame. Overall, a good option if you're short on space.

I love the mattress maybe I wasn’t paying attention, but I really thought it came with the futon frame too kind of expensive for a mattress but feels great so I won’t complain

The media could not be loaded. This futon mattress exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s so comfortable! The crushed velvet appearance of the fabric is surprisingly stylish and adds an unexpected touch of elegance. It's more of a silvery gray than plain gray and the sheen catches the light beautifully - it has much more of a luxe look than I expected but without being over-the-top.It’s tufted (with buttons in the divots) which gives it a bit more structured appearance but it has a super cozy feel. The 8” thickness (at the poofy parts) makes it incredibly comfortable to sit or sleep on. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it bends and folds, making it perfect for futon frames or even for laying directly on the floor. The size (52” x 73”) fits just right.If you’re looking for a futon mattress that’s both functional and fabulous, this one is a great pick!
