Work very well for close range activities and communications.

Radios work as advertised for working within a mile radius or so. Pretty clear reception and transmission. I love the channel lock feature. Can sometimes have interference from nearby traffic from other radio systems operating on close frequencies. Small size hides well when concealment is a need. These operate on common GMRS frequencies so no license required. Downside is that it comes as a set with ONE charger having 2 charging slots.

Bought the 8-pack for our hotel. Works well, but they're like Mogwai...don't get them wet. Dropped one in a shallow mud puddle, never worked again. Really like the stacked chargers (as opposed to the more common side-by-side chargers). Unfortunately, doesn't hold a charge all day, so we have to swap radios once a day.

I manage a hotel so the housekeeping staff need to communicate with the front desk. We haven't had them long but everything is very clear.

Surprisingly long range for a small walkie-talkie they seem to hold up very well and work environment and have a fairly quick recharge. Only problem batteries need to be charging more often than larger units but that’s to be expected I imagine.

Wireless walkie talkies came with wires

It is suppose to be 35 miles radius, but instead we can only get 1 mile. This is not working for us.
