Value for money
I hadn't made my own yoghurt up until a few weeks ago but on hearing about the health benefits of this particular strain, I thought I'd give it a go. The first batch was a little runny, which i was assured, often happens. The subsequent batches, using my own yoghurt as a starter culture, was perfect. So I have only used one sachet, making it very cost effective. It has to be left for 36 hours at 36 degrees for best results.

Home made organic yogurts
Use this all the time in my yogurts and have brought this again. I like my yogurts to be thick and creamy so use Double Cream with a splash of whole milk to mix into a past with inulin, then add the cream and put into my yogurt maker.

There will be NO REUTERI in this just other strains.
Do not buy. YOU WILL NOT BE EATING Reuteri which is the whole point of buying this. Why? Because of the other strains, having made Reuteri from single strain capsules many times I can not tell it takes a bit of practice, remember dairy is not its natural growth medium.Therein lies the problem the other strains love the dairy to grow on and will eat the lactose, they will out compete the Reuteri and you WILL end of up with a lovely yogurt except it wont be Reuteri.Overall this yogurt is very leading and do not start me on the other dubious ingredients.

Not the L Reuteri starter you want!
I got fooled by their packaging which states L. Reuteri yoghurt starter. Ingredients show 5 different types of strains. So the yoghurt that I've been making all along is not the one that Dr. Davis has made famous for it's benefits. This one should only be incubating for 8 hours and not 36 hours as per the instructions. No point buying this if you want the Original patented L. Reuteri DSM 17938 which is patented by Biogaia and also available on Amazon.I just bought some of those tablets when these 5 sachets got over.

Not as it appears to be
Not sure i would recommend this. It claims in bold letters that it is L Reuteri. And 23bn.Actually on the back there are 4 strains. So you will be getting 6bn of L Reuteri, not 23bn.There is no way of telling how other strains affect the growth of the L Reuteri in the final product.Iām skeptical if you would get the same benefit from this as you would crushing gaia pills which are pure L Reuteri.

Watery
Not convinced about this culture. The different strains of bacteria ferment at different times and temps. Very watery despite trying various methods. L. Reuteri ? š
