Champaca alba
The media could not be loaded. I love the plant that I bought over a year ago. The plant was properly packaged for mailing that it survived even after it took me a week to realize that the plant is in one of the packages I received and have not opened yet. I thought I would loose the plant so I contacted the seller and sent a picture. The seller told me it seems ok. The plant is very healthy and has grown taller since I bought it. Several flowers already appeared. I attached a video where I planted it in the backyar.

Tree is wilting
Was a bit disappointed the tree arrived without a pot for the price. Did not have some of the proper potting mixture on hand and recommended potting mixture was not provided with care instructions that came with the plant. Spent hours scouring web forums trying to figure out what was wrong with my new tree. With COVID-19 pandemic delivery delays, shipping the tree with the plant in the appropriate potting mix in a pot would have helped relieve some stress for both buyer and the M.A. Proper potting supply shipments were delayed on average a week and had to settle for pricier faster shipping soil ingredients. Was not aware I needed special potting mix until a week in. I have wanted a Michelia Alba for some time now and was very excited that it was listed on Amazon.The past week has been rather stressful watching helplessly as my also stressed tree is fighting to survive. Waiting for assistance from Michelia Alba forums.Hopefully, I hear back from you guys soon on either how to save my new tree of 2 weeks or to arrange a replacement now that all the proper soil mixture (Had to pay a premium for faster shipping on those as well) ingredients finally arrived. Sadly, they didn’t arrive soon enough. I probably spent more on those items than I did on the tree which was already pricey to begin with.This has been a rather unexpected, stressful, time consuming and expensive ordeal. Please respond soon. I believe the life of my poor tree rests on it. Something wrong with the roots maybe? My existing evergreens are thriving.Hope to hear back from you soon!

Awesome! Plant as advertised!
It arrived 1 days later than promised but in good shape. Instructions were great. At first the plant looked a little stressed (normal for travel) but now many new leaves are growing and it looks like it will thrive. I am very excited and will absolutely buy from them again knowing what I know

Quality of product, packaging and delivery
The packing of this product was excellent. It arrived in excellent condition and has flourished ever since. Pricey but worthwhile.
