Did not work at all except to give me an upset stomach. Very disappointed since I was so hopeful for success that I bought two bottles and now cannot return them.

Good points: This stuff works. I have been taking this supplement for about 40 days now, an on my second bottle, and have shed 17 pounds (!) with no change in diet or exercises. Easy on an empty stomach and no side effects. I take two tablets in the morning and that's all there is to it. It does a very good job with appetite suppression. Energy level remains the same if not increased. Very good value for the money. Bad points: None. I highly recommend this very effective product.
