I looked at my bottle and it doesn’t indicate either of those benefits regarding this product of thiers. I did check another similar item, Jason’s Natural body wash & shower gel, I’ve used that & can attest that it’s a very nice alternative that is cruelty free & vegan, and the fragrance is awesome! I guess I didn't read the directions!! I have been using for months and have never shaked it. So I'm sure it would be fine if you don't remember it all the time.
