Good taste and smooth texture, good meal replacement or use to take morning meds so don't get upset stomach if I take them in an empty stomach. Strawberry can be hard to find in stores so I appreciate Amazon. Target used to carry but recently stopped.

These tast so good, I replace the for breakfast. But you can replace them for any meal,tast like a vanilla shake. Great for diabetics.
