I am struggling with how to fairly review this item. First, it cleans really well, has a nice hand holding size, comes with a stand for in the shower, comes with a variety of brush heads that are all useful. Unfortunately, the first one I received stopped working after a month. I reached out to the seller who promptly sent me another one. Yay! Big points for them!! I REALLY appreciate their integrity. Unfortunately, again after a month, it stopped working. It charges fine; but the head does not rotate when turned on. Then it shuts itself off. BTW, I made sure it keep it dry in the shower and to close up the connection port securely. So instead of asking for another one, I bought a different brand. I truly hope I'm the odd one out and everyone else has a good experience. But just a heads up that there could be a problem.

This worked great…for about 8 months. Then it wouldn’t turn on or would turn on by itself in the middle of the night and not turn off. Disappointed because it did exfoliate well. But now it’s useless

This is my second of these, and I love it. I now have one in the shower for morning washup and one on the vanity for evenings. (Spoiled much?) The brushes are great and the choice of speeds if wonderful. Wish that it had a timer, but that is its only lack.
