I like to drink about a half ounce or so a day. Leaves that little burn at the back of your throat. And, of course, I use it in the kitchen. Good stuff.

This USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC EVOO is unfiltered. It comes in a dark glass bottle which preserves the flavor, color & aroma. It has a unique nutty flavor with hints of green leaves & apples. It's free of harmful pesticides, toxic chemicals & artificial ingredients, which allows the flavors to really pop. It's a culinary essential in our house. We only use olive oil & avocado oil. We've also started taking a tablespoon on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning. This helps with G.I. issues!
