This worked perfectly. The whole entire kit is good quality, including the stethoscope and there’s extra space to store other items. The velcro is very strong, and still looks like new after using it about 100 times. it’s really easy to switch between cuff sizes, and it only takes about 2 seconds to screw it on. One of the children dropped my sphygmomanometer on the hard floor, but thankfully it was pretty tough and didn’t damage it. I appreciate that it has an XL cuff and also one for the thigh. The downsides are that I wish there was a smaller cuff for neonatals. (I was in a country where people are generally very small compared to the US). Also, the part of the stethoscope that goes in your ears is hard, and after listening to about 30 people’s Bp, my ears got tender. It was also difficult sometimes for me to hear the tiny children’s Bp manually, so I had to switch to an automatic machine for them.
