unfortunately this delivery used UPS. UPS sucks in my opinion. FedEx is the way to go. other than that the water is great I love that company

Broken glass
this entire package is not useable and I cut my finger attempting to unpack it. Also not a refundable item. Very disappointed.

Box all wet but no bottles broken.
I purchase this item a few times a month and this has never happened before. The box was all wet but bottles were not broken. Why was the box wet and were these bottles opened before packing. The box was taped up as it seemed to have been opened and bottles placed in. VERY CONCERNING TO ME AS MY CASE OF WATER IS ALWAYS NEW AND NOT OPENED PREVIOUSLY.I AM NOT SURE I EVEN WANT THIS WATER.
