Won’t stay on the wall. First, the provided drywall anchors don’t work great. Both brackets felt wobbly which made the bar wobbly. Eventually the bar fell down. I replaced the anchors with toggle bolts, and now the brackets are rock solid, but the bar won’t stay on. The tightening system they have to attach the bar to the bracket relies on the point of a set screw seating against the tip of an angled tab - too loose and it wobbles. Too tight and it bends the tab and pops off. I can’t get it to stay firmly put.

The product arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised! This was for a remodeled guest bathroom. The guest has reported the towel racks are coming loose from the wall, and I believe our contractor didn’t use the hardware supplied. I’m trying to find a way to reach the seller to see if I can buy the mounting hardware separately to install them correctly?

I purchased two to maximize space in our small bathroom. Installation was easy! Does require a drill and a level.

Product works, however, the rungs are too close together too easily get a towel on each rung.
