It’s a 3 to 1 ratio of water or broth to flakes. There really isn’t any discernible flavour. Add whatever spices you like to make it go with whatever cooking. Garlic, fried onion, chillies etc… I like Lebanese 7 spice, and curry powder or Tajin spice for Mexican. Just keep experimenting…you really can’t go wrong.

Donc, pour cette raison je donne un 4 étoiles pour une évaluation totale. Du moins je donne un 5 étoiles pour le produit. Un 5 étoiles pour le produit et 2 étoiles pour le prix.

I like the product. I have used it to make Jambalaya in place of rice and it works well for that. I have also added some to a batch of Beef Stroganoff in place of noodles. A few other things I want to try it for but have not done yet is to add to soup such as Beef Barley in place of the barley and I want to see how it would work as a replacement for oatmeal in a meatloaf. Overall I love the product except for the extreme price. If it were more like $7 a bag instead of $17 I would probably keep it around all the time. At this price it only a once in a while type product.
