After relocating from Tokyo a few months ago, it has been painful to sit down on cold toilette seats and even colder porcelain bidets. Finally, we managed to fix that. The N22 has everything that's needed: excellent adjustability of the nozzles, sensical wash settings, excellent breadth of heat and water pressure settings, and even a dryer function. There are options form this brand with remote controlled functions. Based on our experience with different generations of Toyo washlettes, however those tend to fail after a few years and the replacement remote can be very expensive. The seat-attached panel of this seat works well and is easy to read and operate. Being the person who mostly has to fix things around the house, I especially like the very well done way how the seat attaches to the toilette. It seem solid and has been easy to install. We put it onto a Kohler elongated high efficiency bowl. Very happy!

First of all, I'd like to say that whoever has not an electric bidet at home, is still living in the 20th century and lagging behind the progress. There absolutely no disadvantage compared to a dry toilet paper...except for the investment cost. And you cannot convince me otherwise :-)That being said, this model is overall good, but not perfect. The installation was a bit tricky with the attachment of the hose connections. An additional complimentary instrument to help with that, would be great. If not installed 100% accurate, the water will leak and needs re-adjustment.Another small minus is the fixed remote on the right side. In some bathrooms it will be difficult to mount or use due to space restrictions. Also not very convenient to turn and press buttons, sitting on it.Other than that, the functionality is great and fully satisfying! Can recommend as entry model!

We purchased the R32 model and installed it on a toilet we all frequent. So far, we all love it! After using it, you feel like no regular toilet seat will do the job. You actually miss it if you have to do your business at work, or worse, in some public stall like an airport or outhouse. I shudder at that prospect regardless, but being able to be clean afterward would be a blessing. That is why I would encourage you to purchase this toilet seat. It is very easy to install, if you can screw a big giant screw with a quarter you can install this toilet seat. The instructions are very clear. The remote works perfectly, and once installed, the lighting feature is actually fun to use. I hope that these toilet seats become a common feature in many homes and places of business because once I started using it, I started smelling other people's . . . . rear ends. That means I probably was one of the worst offenders of all since I could no longer smell my own!
