Discreet!!! What a joke. Items showed up with big Rhino Pro filter stickers on the boxes for everyone to see!

Q: Do these come in a plain discreet box/packaging?

Mine did so a wld say so.black plastic wrapping covering the box.

Q: Could the 4" Pro filter work in reverse so that air sucked into a room from outside is filtered?

Yes it will be infiltrated you will have to decide if the level of filtration is sufficient for your needs. If you want to remove some bad smells from outside probably will do the job.
