This has done excellent with holding every long gun I have for cleanings, mounting optics, and general firearm maintenance. Does a great job of keeping cleaning supplies and tools organized. The handle is a bit awkward since it’s off-center and tend to make the carrier tip unevenly, but it hasn’t given out and spilled anything out of the carrier yet. Still, I’m completely satisfied with it and now save me tons of time with offering a steady hold of what I’m working on.

This vise is a budget vise that punches way above its price point. Very convenient and functional - great value from a quality company. Two thumbs up.

This is a great rifle workstation, it’s very simple it’s not really expensive but it’s a very nice workstation I’m very happy with it I use it quite often it has indentations down in the tray area where you can put your bottles of cleaner and oil if you choose it has areas to put little screws for when you’re mounting a scope or something like that it’s a great little stand and it’s very easy to clean if you spill oil or solvent in it it comes with a carrying handle and the upright pieces slide out of the top and snap into the bottom on the underside so you don’t lose them it’s a great case and for the money you cannot get anything better yet you can spend hundreds of dollars on extremely fancy Stands that you don’t need This is a definite must have for anyone who has even just one rifle whatever size it may be to hold it while you clean it and run your pushrods through with your cleaning patches and oil, you will not be disappointed with this product from this supplier, two thumbs up!

I own many Tipton products, they all work flawlessly. Holds the boom boom very well. The plastic feel a little flimsy but should hold up well. I like the design of the hold for easy carrying. This will end up on a carpenter table like my others. I haven’t had a problem fitting anything on the butler to clean. I always modify to be able to put my cleaning rods on it. I would never buy a different different brand!

My dirty little secret is that I sold this one a while ago and bought a big bulky fancy Tipton. I missed this one so much that I re-bought it. It does the job. It's compact hand and has storage space. So now I have to sell the monstrocity.

Great product holds gun tight without using straps or clamps

LOVE it! I use it for cleaning my rifle in the living room while hanging out with my wife. I use it for cleaning my rifle on Match day. It allows me to carry all my cleaning tools in one place. The forks hold my rifle securely while cleaning and also holds my rifle well while doing things like changing scopes and other light gunsmithing. AND, it was less expensive through Amazon than my local WalMart-and I didn’t have to wait in line as I won’t use the self-checkout 😉

I got this so I could work on my outdoor tools! It holds my utensil, while I unscrew an unmount scope, and then proceeded to mount the new one. I also had to do some cleaning on the utensil and switch out a stock which will be done in the future. This is a simple, cheap venture rest that does it all. It holds my tools underneath my utensil while I’m working on it and everything is easy to find as long as I am organized lol. This is a great tool to have for working in your outdoor utensils. ( my wording is different so the review doesn’t get flagged)

Suite a la recherche d'un bon support lors de l'entretien de mes carabines. Le tipton butler est clairement le choix beau, bon, ''pas chère''. Les modules en ''v'' ont un caoutchouc assez épais ce qui protège l'intégrité du manche et de la crosse. Il sert de coffre pour les produits de nettoyage, facile a transporter et a laver en cas de déversement de produit pour nettoyer le récipient c'est simple comme bonjour . Les montures se range dans les endroits prévu a cet effet dans sa base! Aucunement déçu bon produit!
