This worked great when I first used it, but after two uses, it stopped making steam and just water poured out. Its to late to return it so I am out my $$$. Very disappointed

I bought the mop end of July and it's not even 2 months the mop stopped working. There no steam coming from the mop. It just makes loud noise and it stopped working

It worked great when it worked! I have had this steam mop for only 4 months, I use it about once a week. It has quit steaming. The return window is only 30 days.

I love this steam mop! It heats up quickly and gets really hot. I love the idea of steam mops disinfecting with just water. It does the best job getting sticky spots and pulling up dirt. I love that it can stand on its own and I love the pads it came with especially the bristle one. It pulls up so much dirt off my floors, it's crazy. Super happy with this purchase.

This steam mop is lightweight and good quality with great steam output. The water tank covered three large areas before i needed to refill. I love that it stands up on it's own and i don't have to lean it on something!

I had an older shark steam vac that didn’t seem to be working well so I bought this one. My other one was not working at all! I love the way this gets so hot and I can steam around the toilet even with the steam mist definitely five stars.
