Armitron Sport Men's 20/5062 Analog-Digital Chronograph Watch

I purchased this watch a year ago, and in the course of a year, the battery went dead. Ok, so get a new battery, right? I did, and there are two. One for the digital part and one for the analog part. Ok, so it cost me $12 to get new batteries for a $27 watch. Well, it still didn't work. So I called about the warranty. I was told I had to ship it to a place in Michigan to have it checked for the warranty. It cost me $13 to ship it. So far, $25 spent on a $27 watch. The guy calls me and says that the people that replaced the batteries bent some terminal, so too bad for me. I can not verify anything because he now has it. He says he can fix it for $30 plus parts, or send it back and it would be a $13 charge to ship it back. I told the guy to keep it because I have spent more than just buying a new watch. My wife re-ordered the same watch for me in January of 2018. Within this past 2 weeks (Oct. 1 to 12th, 2018), the side button broke in two and fell off the watch, as I was driving my truck so it is not like I was doing anything more than just sitting. Then yesterday, as I was riding my motorcycle on the freeway, I felt something bounce off my left arm. I thought it was a bug. When I stopped, I checked what time it was and I saw the glass was missing from the watch. It fell out!!!!Seriously?!?!? The glass falls out? Do not buy this watch! I am not sending it anywhere for warranty because I am not paying to ship it. I am going to find a better watch, and you should also.

A lot of other people who have reviewed to this item say that the analog watch doesn't keeps sync with the digital. I have not found that to be an issue. The only time my analog was out of sync was after daylight savings. Once I noticed the problem it was easily remedied. I base this on having owns the watch for well over a month. I have not got it wet so I cannot tell you how well the waterproofing works. I can tell you that it is as big as everybody says it is. I can also tell you that when looking at the face it seems a little bit more cheaply made than you think it will be from the picture. I still like it pretty well and every function I've tried to use has worked perfectly. Though at one point I did have to look up how to take it off of military time. In case this ever happens to you, and you're stuck on military time. Just push down and hold the top right-hand button with the face up towards your face. It will easily switch back.

Once I finally redeived it, I found that it's a little better than described. (The Postal Service lost the first one.)It's easy to set up and you are able to easily see the time, even when it's dark. The light illuminates all the LED displays. Other watches I have only light a small area of a corner. (You still can't see what time it is, but there's a nice little blue light.) Other than the Postal Service losing one, I only have one complaint. It is almost impossible to read the very, very small directions. I went online to Armiton and couldn't get anything, so I scanned and enlarged the one that came with it. For the price, you can not go wrong!

I already had a Casio G SHOCK sport watch which was fine until you had to change settings such as traveling to another time zone for a short period or switching to Daylight savings time. I chose this Armitron as it was one of the few that had the older style pull out stem to change the analog time which is great when you travel for a couple days to another time zone. The secondary digital time is also more straight forward to set than the Casio, and if you happen to want to switch from 12hr format to 24hr format you only have to push the one upper RH corner button to toggle, no difficult step by step setting. The watch is a little big as several others indicated but only by about a 1/4 inch more than most, but it is very light and the band is good. Only had it a short time but very pleased so far.

This is the second Armitron watch I have bought. Good looking watch and was happy at first however having owned for two months on and off it suddenly let in moisture. The watch is now almost unreadable and has not even been under water, only in the rain. It has also started to prevent buttons from working properly. Thoroughly disappointed as the last Armitron watch was great and still works.

Love the watch, it is a lot bigger than most but I'm a big guy so it fits me well. The analog has kept up with the digital down to the second. The only reason for 4 star is that one time I forgot to take it off in the shower, and after just one time getting wet it put so much condensation on the inside that I could barely read the time. But as long as I don't forget again or don't swim with it (which is a letdown) it should be good. It could just be that I received one that didn't have the best seal but I can't be sure. But then again it is only water resistant, not proof. Other than that its a great watch for the price.

Bought this watch back in January of 2019 and it did fine as my daily work watch for about 9 months, but now the analog part no longer works. I understand the watch takes two batteries -- one for the digital and one for analog -- but I only paid $25 for the watch to begin with, and I'd think the battery should last longer than 9 months. This was my first Armitron watch in decades after owning several Casio watches, and it may be my last. At least the Casio watch batteries last at least three years.

Essentially a poor man's G-Shock; I've owned Armitron's for years and have never been dissapointed with their appearance, durability, or accuracy. They'll take about any beating you can throw at them and they still work fine!Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the band is a little off white, not as pure white as the watch face, any dye on jeans or clothing will stain the band a bit. Otherwise, a great buy!

This watch is a nice looking watch with the analog reading yet also the convenience of digital time displayed too. The backlighting works great in the dark and the analog hands have a very faint glow all the time which is nice and not annoyingly bright. My complaint and 3 star rating is because in colder temperatures just below freezing it tends to get condensation inside the clear plastic. It is supposedly a sports watch and seems to be waterproof as it claims when I used it during summer but as soon as the temperatures got cool when I'm outside for a while it "fogs up". So far it will clear up after a few hours in warmer temps but I'm worried the condensation may eventually cause long term damage. Also the clear plastic scratches way too easily just from normal use like reaching around the engine compartment of a vehicle. It's very big so it tends to dig into my arm

It is definitely decent for the price. Feels kind of cheap with the plastic band but it will do the trick. Not high quality by any means but you get what you pay for. I can't comment on how long it will last. Who knows, it may still be working well in 10 years! Some of the Casio G Shock ones were upwards of $350 and this may last as long.

Muy funcional y buen reloj en estética solo que al mes se empezó a poner amarillo la correa y no se le quita lavando lo, tal vez alguien me podrá recomendar con que desmancharlo
