Fitz and Floyd 310050-GB 2 Gallon Beverage Drink Dispenser with Glass Lid, Jar only, Clear

I gave this as a gift and it was a huge hit. I did go over that she needed to tighten the spout before use as it was loose for shipping. So we worked on that so it was ready for use. I hear it was used a lot in family gatherings and a bit of glam for camping this summer. She also said it worked awesome. It really is very beautiful and heavy so it isn't going any where when the wind blows.

Looks great. The only thing is that the water nose is not metal it’s like plastic so it looks and feels cheap. The glass jar itself looks beautiful and great quality

We love the look of it and we especially like the ability of the water nozzle to keep the flow going without needing to hold it down! We like the size of it was well, larger than our last one.

Product arrived broken glass was shattered otherwise seems to be a quality product

This is a beautiful beverage dispenser. I bought it to arrive in time for a party. It is substantial and has a beautiful design. Unfortunately, the original packing in the Fitz and Floyd box was disintegrating and the lid bumped against the base causing cracks. The Amazon packing inside the box was also inadequate - just a few pieces of brown paper, causing the Fitz and Floyd box to move around. There are also was no "fragile" on the box. I returned it. I would order another but I have no idea if the next one would be packed better because it failed on multiple fronts.

4 stars because I did have to replace the spout (recieved broken) with a metal one. Cheap and easy fix but slightly inconvenient. Gorgeous over all.
