Update 1/10/2024 - Opove support has shipped out a brand new unit. This product is amazing and support has been extremely responsive.Update 12/24/2023 - While the replacement unit has been functioning as expected, I just recently noticed that some of the LEDs do not work on the new unit.Update 10/22/2023 - I received a replacement unit and it functions perfectly.Update 10/12/2023 - I reached out to Opove support received a quick response. They have determined that my knee brace unit is defective and are shipping a new one to me soon. I will update with my findings.I purchased this knee brace based on a friend's recommendation. I really like this red light therapy knee brace, however, mine is experiencing some issues. No matter which timer setting I select, the knee brace shuts off after 10 minutes. Also, only one of the knee massagers functions. Right now I can only give the product 3-stars, however, if this product worked as expected, it would definitely be a 5-star product from me. Will update after I contact opove support.

UPDATE: Mfr sent a replacement and works terrific!Infrared stopped working after two months. The vibration still works, but it’s not worth the money if the infreared doesn’t work. Would not recommend.

I got the first device and it wouldn't turn on at all. I was shipped a "new" device which was clearly a returned product and it powered on once then stopped working completely. Stay away from this one.

I have both knee & shoulder issues & have been giving this a try. It's pretty easy to use, since it's rechargeable, & it comes with 2 extension straps (using velcro) so you can adjust for size & location for the best fit. They show this being used over clothing, & it's technically "wearable", but if you read further, it's most effective when used over bare skin, so keep that in mind. You are also cautioned to avoid looking into the red lights (which can be seen out the sides when it's in use, by both the product user & others in the room) so personally, I think it would be a good idea if they included eye protection goggles in the package. This is best used when sitting down (or reclining) because if you stand or walk around (to do other things during knee therapy) in my experience, this tends to slide down on the leg; the alternative would be to tighten it beyond comfortable (& which could also be bad for your circulation). I really like that this has both red light therapy & optional vibration, because depending on your issue, the vibration might be detrimental & cause more discomfort. The vibration feels good, but for my knee, it's red lights only. The controller is pretty easy to use- it just snaps onto the brace with 6 magnetic attachment points, but you need to make sure that all 6 points are making good contact-needless to say, if you don't notice that it's slight off kilter, it won't work. The red light therapy feels good, but how much it's really helping is hard to say- it's very subjective. Still, I'm glad I'm trying this, & for me, it's still a "work in progress".

I really enjoyed using this for my knee for about two months. The vibration has already crapped out so I don’t use it as often. Disappointed it only lasted a couple months

healed my meniscus with these ... used them so much , Broken after 2 months . Could not return through amazon .. .. the company found out and sent me 2 more brand new .. adjusted stars
