Worst purchase ever! The screen contantly flickers or goes black. I have had 3 fatal error crashes while working and it locks up when I try to scroll any webpage just to name a few issues! I couldn't return it because I missed the 30 day Amazon window and when I registered it with the manufacturer, found out it had no warranty!!!

Brick… was excited because it looks great but it’s consistently rebooting to a blue bios screen even though I’ve updated everything. The laptop drops to desktop multiple times while using it, no help from amazon when I requested to exchange it. What a waste of money.

This is generally a great product, but I have three negative items to report: (1) I'm experiencing some glitches and cutouts in audio playback. (2) The keyboard contrast is quite low. (3) The color cycling of the keyboard backlighting is distracting; it would be better to have a single color that doesn't change.
