Love that it adheres great within a short period of time. I have used it to fix items on a vehicle (catch on a latch, etc.) and it has held in all sorts of weather. Yes, eventually it does wear to the point of replacing (due to vibrations, etc.) but it sure is a heck of a lot easier to remove the old tape, clean the area properly and reapply the tape than to try and get repairs when on the go especially if the replacement item is using the same type of tape to hold the catch in place!!

I have used various double-sided tapes for art and home projects, but this is the best of them. BEWARE - this stuff sticks very well. If you use this on finished drywall surfaces, the paint and plaster are coming off with whatever you stuck to the wall when you pull it off. I used it for a frame collage on a wall and used very small 1/4 inch & 1/2 inch pieces on the corners of the frames (of various sizes) ... they are now a permanent fixture of the wall. I added some metal signage to cabinets and it holds very well. I'm ordering another roll just to keep handy for projects.

I use this item on the inside of my walking shoes to prevent my feet from slipping when I walk. Great for preventing blisters.

Pros: Liked that it worked well for what i needed it for. Bought a case for my phone and magnetic car mount. The mount came with flimsy tape therefore i bought this double sided tape to tape the magnet to the phone case and it worked really well. Taped the magnet really well after put some pressure on it for 10 sec.Cons: not really a con. But wish it was a little thinner. Still in the thicker side for what i needed it for but thats my fault for not checking properly.Thats why its 5 stars for me

I purchased this tape based on a YouTube review that included demonstrations of its superior properties, including hanging a heavy object. I wish I had read the fine print. I would give this tape a five-star review if I had been using it to adhere one smooth-surfaced item to another as it definitely stays put in that situation. As it was I wanted to hang a rough-backed plaster plaque to travertine tile and it simply did not work. Another thing I did not anticipate was that while the "foam" property of the tape may be accurate, it is definitely not the white foam commonly seen in household applications. Not a biggie, just a surprise. I did find it extremely difficult to separate the red plastic from the tape itself. Like I said, this is likely a great product if used for the right purposes.

This 3M double sided tape is excellent. Just be sure to adhere to the wall side first for 72 hrs before sticking on shelf or whatever needs to be stuck on. I used it for the top of a wood blind that kept falling down cause the clips broke so i just used the double sided tape and it is stuck on. It may be difficult to remove but I don't want to so it works.

Quality of this product is so poor it turned a 3 hour task into a 20 hour one. I will compare it to 3M double sided tape since I eventually got that to redo the task.I accidentally purchased this instead of 3M tape because it is packaged to resemble the real thing. This is considerably worse quality and it wasn't really even cheaper than the real thing.The adhesive is less sticky than 3M tape. I used this tape to fix acoustic panels to the wall and some of them droop or even fall off the wall.The tape leaves a residue that is pretty difficult to remove and which 3M tape does not leave. This tape is gooey.The plastic is harder to separate from the tape than the 3M tape. This is partly because the tape is on the thinner side but it is also because the tape is soft and does not hold its form well.The tape requires more care to cut from the roll than 3M tape. This relates to the tape being to gooey that if you cut it with scissors it will sometimes lose form and get smashed into the scissor blades.

Need to stick something to something else, outside? This is the stuff. I needed to reposition some accessory convex mirrors on my Jeep. Used this tape. It works very, very well. It holds very tightly and comes off just like the command strip tape does, very easily with no mess. Good product. Five stars.
