When I registered the device with Microsoft the warrantee was half used up. Amazon wasn't able to fix the error but after contacting MS customer service they quickly resolved the issue. This is the 4th solid state device I've purchased from MS, this one replaces a Surface Book 2 which has preformed well. I also have two Surface Pro 4's, I like this device the best, it's large RAM and HD are a necessity these days and the price was very reasonable. I hit the cycle just right and saved a bundle. My advice is to thoroughly search Amazon in multiple ways, including from google, to find the best price. I was able to save an additional $200 by searching from outside of Amazon even though the internal Amazon search didn't turn up the deal.

this Microsoft Surface Book 3 - 13.5" Touch-Screen - 10th Gen Intel Core i7 - 32GB Memory - 512GB SS is very nice, but to expensive it only have 32GB memory and 512 GB SS for the price.

Bough new from Amazon. But the package looks fishy. Especially the seal sticker...It looks like it's peeled ... Should I be worth about that or request for an replacement ?

Se descompuso sin razón a los pocos meses de haberla comprado. Primero la pila se infló y se tuvo que reemplazar. Desde ese momento ocasionalmente falla la conectividad entre la pantalla y el teclado lo que ocasiona que no se pueda cargar la batería. La he llevado a reparar en varias ocasiones. La computadora está para tirarse a la basura.
