Q: I see the dimension of the shelf over all, but I'd like to know how many inches are between the poles, so I know what size storage container I can buy

From the floor shelf to the one above it is 13 1/2 inches. The next one up is 13 1/4 inches.

Q: Can this be disassembled and reassembled multiple times?

No, the tubes are cheaply made & come apart easily. I'm very disappointed that the screw part broke off of most of the tubes. It's a pile of junk now.

Q: can it support 80 lb. tv set?

No, the documentation I received said 50 lbs per shelf. I have a printer on the middle shelf and 40" TV on the top shelf. That TV only weighs 21 lbs, though. I put some paper and weights on the bottom shelf for stability. If assembled correctly, it is quite sturdy.

Q: If I order a specific color, will I receive the one I choose? I want the beech with white bars, not the cherry with black...
