TURBOSOUNDiQ15B 3000 Watt 15" Powered Subwoofer with Klark Teknik DSP Technology, Speaker Modelling and ULTRANET Networking

Over the years I’ve invested over $10,000 in Turbosound speakers which some of them had tenure warranties others now have three-year, good luck getting anyone to talk to you or help you with them at all. You think that if you spend that much money with a company you could at least get someone on the phone but no no one will talk to you. And then if you do have a warranty claim, good luck getting them to honor it. This company went to full digital a couple years back so you have to go on a message board and make a profile to actually get any sort of customer service. It’s an absolute shame and I will never ever buy any more of those speakers I have six or more 15 inch speakers of theirs and 818 inch bass bands, five out of the 615 inch speakers I have are broken and they will not help me at all to fix them and multiple are under warranty. It’s an absolute shame and you think that a company like this would give some sort of care about their loyal customers.Turbosound is more word of mouth advertising, and I can tell you from end-users and even some of the reps, no one we know will be allowed to buy Turbosound for their sound systems because of the experience that myself and many others have had. It’s a shame that they treat people that I’ve spent so much money with them like complete garbage…Shame on you guys
