Absolutely not! All of our products are pure and clean ingredients. The Golden Milk Blend contains 4 organic ingredients: Turmeric, Ceylon Cinnamon, Ginger, and a dash of Black Pepper (to help the body absorb turmeric).

Q: Does this product fully dissolve in water/milk?

Our 100% real spice blend is made without additives, synthetic powders, or artificial ingredients. As such, it's not fully water-soluble. Stir as you drink & add healthy fat, such as coconut milk or ghee, to bind the spices & help absorb turmeric.

Q: Is the Golden Milk blend gluten-free, caffeine-free & vegan? Do you use real Ceylon Cinnamon?

Yes, our blend is made from pure spices that are free of gluten & caffeine, and vegan. We use organic Ceylon Cinnamon which has a sweeter, more delicate flavor than Cassia Cinnamon & has less coumarin. It's safer to consume & is the premium choice.

Q: Can I add this blend to my coffee or smoothie?

Yes! Our blend is great for lattes, smoothies, cooking, & baking. For a boost to coffee, stir in 1/4-1/2 tsp. of the Golden Milk blend after brewing. Check out our videos and Golden Milk Cookbook to be inspired to use your blend in a variety of ways.

Q: What is the simplest way to use this blend?

Simply add 1/2 tsp. Golden Milk blend to warm milk with sweetener of choice, stirring well. You can also use 1/4-1/2 tsp. in smoothies, coffee, rice, pasta, stir-fry, soups, stews, and more. Can also make tea using hot water & sweetener of choice.
