Didn't work for me at all.
Ugh. I bought this thinking it would be less cumbersome than a standard night guard. Instead I found it's way more difficult to use, and extremely difficult to keep in place. I tried adjusting it several times, as the directions said, but no matter what I did I couldn't get it to stay in place. It was so bad I did not ever sleep with it, because I didn't want it to slip and wake up choking on it. I went back to my regular kind, that you put in boiling water and form fit, and it is so nice to put it on and not worry about any slipping. Now, I will say maybe this was just me...there were very good ratings on here, so not sure why it didn't work for me, but wanted to give my honest review. Sure it's great for some people!

Best thing for Bruxism/Teeth Grinders!
I've been using this mouth guard for a little under a year. My first one finally retired 1 week ago after purchasing it 6 months ago. My grinding finally split the bite pads in half. :( I do recommend these guards if you have bad teeth grinding or suffer from a lot of jaw pain etc. The whole week I didn't have mine my mouth has been sore and I couldn't be happier to get this back in place. It came in the store bought packaging, no damage whatsoever. I don't how long this "mint" flavor will last, but I basically bought it b/c it's cheaper than the non flavored one. Def worth the money if you suffer from Mild to Severe Bruxism.

Easy to use
I've had the night guards that you put in hot water and form them to your teeth. Never could get them just right for the front teeth, couldn't get the bite in the right place. With this night guard, there is no melting to do, no forming to your teeth, no huge plastic thing covering every tooth. With this you simply pop it in your mouth, figure out how far forward or back you need to easily adjust the 2 lengths, snap them into the correct length on each side, and that's it. It does seem thicker than any other form-fitting ones I've used, but that's probably a good thing since I nearly wore holes through the thinner ones. I didn't have any trouble using it even the first night. They suggest you put the guard in your mouth about 30 minutes before retiring (to bed, not your job) to ensure you get used to the feel of keeping your jaw loose and your lips closed. I didn't do the 30 minutes prior thing, but that's because I'm used to wearing night guards. It works great, rinses clean with water or you can put some mouthwash on it or brush it or use appliance soaking tablets, whatever you're most comfortable with. I rinse a little mouthwash over mine every morning just to ensure it's clean, then place it in its handy case & that's it. Works as a night guard should.

Great at first then progressively worse
I really liked this product at first. It worked great for about three months then I bought another one. After a couple months with that one my gums began to hurt more and more as the night guard was rubbing against them. I tried trimming down all the sides which only helped slightly. I also noticed that my teeth would be horribly unaligned when I woke up.I just ordered a different guard, the Dentek Comfort Fit Guard, maybe that one will work out better...

Night guard for grinding teeth
The night guard did not fit at all. I called the company and they offered to replace it with another size and a more appropriate model (which I was pleased about). However, the replacement, although better than the first, didn't fit very comfortably and made a sore spot on my upper gum. I am giving it a rest and will try using it again. In my opinion, it is better to see an item first hand. Thanks for your inquiry.

Bad Fit
I bought this mouth guard hoping to save money not buying a custom made night mouth guard. The SleepRight Adjustable Low-Profile Night Guard didn't fit at all. I took it to my dentist to show her. She changed the adjustment, too, just as I had done, and she saw it didn't fit either. It was way too big, and the band that goes across the lower front teeth made my lower lip stick way out! She took an impression of my lower teeth and ordered a custom mouth guard which came in 2 days. I used it last night. It fits perfectly, and as my insurance didn't cover this cost ($286) I was only charged $99.

Change in happiness.
Actually, I tried this product because I snore and have tried just about everything else out on the market to help. My last ditch effort was a night guard. I checked with the local dentist and he told me the guard can be very effective but if he made one it would be around $800-$1500. I could not afford this so I thought I would try an online product instead. I have asked my spouse and children if they have seen a decrease in my snoring and have heard "YES!" My jaw gets a little sore but if it makes everyone else around me happier then it is definitely worth it.

No crown for me!
This is a replacement for one I purchased in Aug 2014. Fantastic product. My dentist advised me to use a mouth guard for sleeping to protect a tooth which is cracked. As I clinch my teeth while sleeping, the sensitivity tooth paste was no longer enough. I was feeling quite a bit of discomfort. My hygienist recommended this style of mouth guard. Once I started using this, all my issues subsided. The head aches, jaw aches, and most importantly the tooth aches. Using this mouth guard while sleeping has even enabled me to chew normally on that side of my mouth again. I literally have zero discomfort. These mouth guards are supposed to last "up to 3 months". I finally replaced mine after more than one year when I discovered I'd bitten through both bite pads.I soak mine in a very light bleach solution followed by mouth wash to clean it. No boiling, just adjust the position of the bite pads to fit your mouth. You can talk with it in. As for this particular model, I prefer the bite pads on this as they are a bit softer. I find it more comfortable.
