This is the most beautiful fountain out there. Most look like some fake rocks, this is so perfect, detailed and large. It is easy to unpack and install, it’s not heavy, but it’s sturdy. I love how soothing it sounds. It doesn’t use much water, please use distilled. I made the mistake of starting with tap water, but you can see it gets cloudy fast. Simple to empty and clean all parts. I bought a container of fountain enzymes to add every week to keep it clean. I love everything about this decorative fountain. I have it inside my eating nook. It’s wonderful! If you have questions or need help, they are the best support (Ruby!) and company on Amazon.

So far I love this fountain, it went together very easily and is operating quite well. It looks great in the garden and is providing the sight and sounds that I had desired. It is a good value for the money spent.

This is a beautiful fountain with a soft flowing water sound. You can adjust to an even softer flow if you prefer. The video is with full water flow. The lights add a nice touch and create a great ambiance in the evening. Easy to assemble and there is an enclosed QR code for visual assembly as well. There is no water spillage at all around the fountain. The only thing that could be improved is color choices for this model. I would have preferred bronze but I love it anyway.

I added the fountain to my salon suite. The clients love it. Great flow and vibes. I added a water clarifier.

The fountain looks nice, however, it leaks. Therefore, we are constantly sponging up water on the patio and have to keep an eye on to make sure it doesn’t run out of water within a fairly short timeframe.

This water fountain is so darn cute, and very, very reasonable in price compared to others here. I have rather traditional looking patio furniture and it doesn’t look out of place at all. It was so simple to set up. One thing to remember, the pump’s intake valve can clog with debris, so simply wipe out the inside bottom before hooking everything up to use. I figure the hummingbirds and other birds in my yard may use some water from it, so I chose not to put any algecide in it and chose to put in distilled water as mine is so hard. I only needed 2 gallons but added a tad more - not much. It is simple to remove the back cover to grab the pump and check the intake side of the pump if you need to - not a big deal. The pump instructions that come with it describe what to do if you need to clean it. The resin materials the fountain is made from are not heavy so it is easy to move around. I haven’t worried about turning down the water flow as I don’t have it inside my house. If you do, all you have to do is turn the little dial on the pump. The lights make it fun to have on at night when you are sitting out. It gives your outdoor area a nice ambiance. The sound from it is wonderful and soothing. Super simple to run, and if you go buy smart plug (they are inexpensive now) you don’t have to plug/unplug it to turn on and off. I really can’t say enough good things about it. Also, it came packaged extremely well, and I received it 4 days earlier than what Amazon estimated. I have only had it a few days so can’t comment on any problems it may develop, but it looks like the customer response from the company is very good. As of now I don’t anticipate any, and it worked 100% when hooked up. This fountain is just the right size if you don’t have a huge space. I highly recommend it. No leaks, a great value for the price, the lights aren’t too bright, (if you don’t want as much light just put in a few decorative pebbles around the lights) it functioned well right out of the box, and sounds wonderful!

We order 2 SL4021 light gray fountains. Color is as pictured in product description and not a true light gray, more of a medium gray with intentional brown colorations on the front cascading panel. They look great and we have them located indoors in the living room. Arrived on time and set up is very easy. Just connect the light wire located inside the basin to the provided transformer and the water tube to the pump. I did apply the enclosed felt disks to the sides/base of the pump to reduce the pump vibration/humming sound when in operation. This greatly reduced the noise of the pump. Overall, setup took about 20 minutes on the first fountain and about 10 minutes on the second. The additional time on the initial setup was trying to determine the desired water flow intensity setting on the pump needed to avoid splashing onto the floor and to ensure the entire cascading panel of the fountain had water gently flowing over it. For my indoor use, I set the pump intensity to the lowest setting and then 2 slight clicks back toward the higher flow rate. Basin was filled with 2 1/2 gallons of water (I think it could hold a max of around 3 gallons) and a few drops of algaecide. Since they are on hardwood flooring, I also purchased gray square, rolling plant caddies also from Amazon just to be extra careful in case there is splashing or leakage. Since it doesn't have an on/off switch, I connected them to smart plugs and control them with Alexia. The lights at the top and bottom of the fountains and the tricking sounds provide a soothing, relaxing atmosphere in our living room. We are very pleased with our 2 indoor fountains.

Came assembled ready to use. Just fill it with water and plug it in. Looks great and sounds great. Absolutely beautiful piece and very calming.

Love our fountain. We chose to have our fountain indoors to bring in humidity. So far it increased by 4%. My plants love it. The sound of water is calming and the pump is not too loud.

The product was delivered in a timely manner. However, once package opened and assessed there were several areas that were damaged, there was an missing part as well as an area with two small protruding bumps that are situated on the front of the item that was very noticeable. As well, the item emitted a very foul strong chemical scent. Several reps from Amazon tried to assist me but the most efficient and effective was Eduardo. He was patient , listened and took time to email my exact concerns to Sunliuna. The company Sunlinua, although this product was not of the quality I expected, I am grateful to Emily with their customer service team responded to my concerns not only in a timely manner but with kindness and care. Ruby was also instrumental in correcting the situation. The company has shown that customer satisfaction is first and foremost. Their reputation, product quality and brand is what they stand by. This in itself is what will make me a return customer and without hesitation recommend their products to friends and colleagues.
