Is this mug dishwasher safe and able to be used in a microwave?

No, and no. The Fellow website indicates that the mug is NOT dishwasher safe. Since it contains stainless steel, you probably should not put it in the microwave either.

I've purchased two of these. love it, but the rubber ring comes out and i can't figure out how to fit it back in. anysuggestions? not buying a third..

The "O" ring seal has 2 different with flanges. The larger flange goes on the bottom opposite of the stainless plate.

Are there any sizes larger than 16oz?

This seller offer 12” and 16”, I’m not sure if anybody else does since I never looked for bigger mug.

I doubt it. It’s pretty wide. Won’t fit in my SUV.
