Q: How long should I soak the dirty pads before washing them?

You have to wash once to activate the pads so that they will absorb. They come with instructions. When I go to wash after use I pre treat areas and soak in oxy clean water for a day to help lift stains.

Q: What bio soap can I use to wash the pads

I just use All dye and fragrance free, and a stain remover that is free of scent and dyes. So far so good. However, they did shrink when washed in hot water.

Q: Is the bag for storage of used pads?

It’s a small wet/dry bag. You can fit 2 or 3 pads in it, and carry with you when you are out. I recommend getting a larger wet/dry bag for use at home. I rinse them and toss them in there until I can throw them in the wash.

Q: Where are these made?

I’m not sure where they are made but for an older woman with bladder control issues they are great!
