I bought this phone for my wife a few months ago.. so now that we've had plenty of time with it... I can review it fairly....my wife had a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with Tmobile service...I received this phone and simply took the sim card out of the Note 9 and popped it in the Nord, powered it up and just like that she was up and running (no calls to Tmobile or anything) then easily copied/cloned her info over from the Note 9....I really like the bright screen and good sound ..most people tend to down talk the camera and although the pictures are not the greatest they definitely will do for the average user. Overall she's had no issues and this experience has confirmed I will be upgrading to a Nord also. And yes....the battery life is awesome and phone charging is very fast!!

This cell phone is amazing with great photographic capability! I have no complaints about the N30.

Purchased in July. Advertised as unlocked, compatible with T-Mobile and AT&T. After recent product update, no longer recognizes the AT&T sim. Tried manufacture product support and they claim it is a locked T-Mobile phone and must go there for support. Either the seller (DAC Enterprises) on the manufacturer mislabeled the product. And we are past the return date. T-Mobile claims it is not theirs. Now OnePlus is telling me it is a demo phone and this is not an authorized seller. Very unhappy

I have MetroPCS and rolled the dice on this phone even with the reviews. It came unlocked as advertised and I was able to bring it in to a physical store near me to have it activated, it is fully functional with no problems. I know at least a few other reviewers mentioned their device not being usable with Metro, but that does not appear to be the universal condition of this product. At the very least, their negative experience does not appear to be a standard experience, although the fact that multiple people have had that problems means you should potentially temper your expectations around this device working with your network and be prepared to return it if it doesn't.

One Nord Is easily one of the best phones out there.
