Yes, this is pure Propylene Glycol. For use in a humidor, it should be diluted with distilled water. Some people do a 50/50 ratio but I would suggest looking online for recipe specific recommendations.

NO. Alcohol is what WILL clean the residue. Flavored Vape liquid may or may not react but 97% chance will be safe. Propylene Glycol (This product) is Thick like pancake syrup as in Corn syrup. It IS Inert. I am a hobbyist in Vape.
