I liked the book because it was packed with information in only 93 pages

Practical tips
The book covers considerable amount of best practice techniques and tips in the field of ux design & usability. It is short but the examples provided at each part make it informative enough. In addition to UX designers; business analysts, project managers, developers, testers and other professionals involved in user interface design process can benefit from this book. Some sections of the book could be more detailed. Readers of the book can get a good summary but not every detail at all chapters.

Good book. Not an excellent book.
I expected better examples to illustrate the points made throughout the book.It does cover a lot, and it is a quick and easy read for sure.

good guidelines about UX design
I'm new to this field. The book is clean and clear. It gets to the point. If you're looking for deeper tactics and insights, it might not be the best choice.

A great read for IT professionals and researchers who have UX ...
A great read for IT professionals and researchers who have UX and usability interface on their work. It offers info on theoretical frameworks, practical industry and design experiences. It provides applicable guidelines for and cover various aspects of UX design and usability (e.g. mobile UX, usability testing). It covers business analysis as well, which is very to-the-point. It could be a good start to get an idea of UX design and usability, then deeper reads could follow. It also gives good hints such as focusing on outcomes vs. outputs. Definitely recommended.

you get what you pay for I guess
The author had good intentions and has some good ideas in this book. However for me it fails on a few fronts:1) Too many concepts are covered, which ends up doing them a disservice. Agile is summarized in 1 page, essentially equating it to Scrum. Requirements management is described in 2 pages. Each of these topics has many books dedicated to them, but this author simplifies them so much that the book perpetuates stereotypes rather than educating the reader.2) The book really needed a good editor. The writer gets the meaning across most of the time, but sometimes I was left confused. Simple things like using the wrong preposition (at instread of in for example) confuses the message, requiring me to have to reread the same simple sentence multiple times to understand

The grammar is terrible, making it difficult to follow
This is a quick read, but it doesn't provide much depth. The book is poorly organized, and the layout is horrific. The grammar is terrible, making it difficult to follow. For example, on page 18 (although there are only page numbers on the right-hand pages of the book, so I know it's page 18 from looking at the next page number and subtracting one...a great UX), the author says, "People fail to complete tasks in case their cognitive load reaches to a certain limit. This usually happens when their memory and perception level is forced." This is not worth the $10.
