Lifegard AquaticsR270894 1/2" Slip Return Kit with Flare Nozzle

Bought R270894 which is smooth and not threaded end and it worked with Fluval 407. It slips under the rubber union. Works great at targeting dead spots, love the flexibility and fan shape nozzle.

Don't buy it!!!! Don't waste your money on this product! The picture shows 6 pieces. Just received one piece and it was a defective product. The flare socket is too loose and the end is not a threaded piece.

Very disappointed. Doesn’t mate with any of my 1/2 inch aquarium pumps or pipes . Main problem is that the nozzle is totally loose so it can’t be directed, had to superglue it. Only reason I didn’t return it immediately is I need it for a show and don’t have time to find another brand.

Nozzle way too loose on mine as well. Snaps on OK but doesn't hold position it at all. Rest of the fittings are fine but kind of pointless without being able to point the end where you want it.

The end nozzle is extremely loose. Popped off the end and tried it in a few different spots and it’s just loose all the time. Save your time and hassle. Spend the extra $5 on something better. Also note check the code to see what one you are purchasing. Ended up getting a non threaded one which is useless to me. Will be returning and purchasing from a local shop so i can test how loose the nozzle is.

This product is garbage. The flare is extremely loose and with water pressure will certainly move around. The joints do no connect with other regular 1/2” joints and the coupler given cannot be used.
