The original version was yellow and had a funny smell. Instead of being a yellow goo, this version actually looks and feels more like hand sanitizer and smells great. Don't worry about the price as 1 bottle will last you weeks. I love it and don't use anything else in my hair.

This shampoo after a few washes has left my hair shiny and strong. I’m very happy to have found it!

Not really impressed. I use this on our golden doodle and have used the regular mane n tail for years. We tried this hoping it would give her coat a little more luster but didn’t really do anything more. She is scratching more so probably will not purchase again. Cost lots more than the regular and not any better. So not worth the extra cost.

Sticking to original shampoo this one doesn’t lather and drys hair

I love Mane and Tail shampoo and conditioner-have used for years so being able to buy cheaper on Amazon is a bonus. If you haven’t used and especially if you have long straight hair as I do you should try.

I colour my hair and tend to struggle with damaged ends. I’m always looking for shampoos and conditioners and hair care treatments that help soften and heal the dryness. I read about this product and thought I’d try it and WOW. GAME CHNAGER at least for me and my hair. It doesn’t lather up like your typical shampoo which might make think it’s not working but that’s why it’s good. It’s doesn’t have all those fillers that actually strip your hair even more. I use this with the conditioner and my hair has never been this luscious.
