Worst product ever
Battery was dead on arrival. Would not go to active state, would not charge. Amazon would not return or refund within the 30 days. Renogy customer service was worse. If you return to Renogy, you’ll pay shipping to Ontario from US. Customer service will respond with needs for photos, new directions and explanations, after 5 back and forth, they require a VIDEO uploaded to Google Drive, to finally exhaust the customer. Avoid Renogy. Wish I could return all of their other garbage.
