Properly supported by blocking in the wall this is a great product that works as described.

I no longer worry about falling!
Outstanding! The bathtub is now safe. As long as you install this set properly, with a good, solid wall, using the screws provided or better, it is rock solid and very helpful! Looks great. Moves easily. Very strong, not flimsy at all! We can now take showers and not worry about slipping or falling without anything to grab onto. 5 stars all the way!

This is a great setup for Seniors - for everyone also - easy to install

Hardware was funky
The hardware and instructions were terrible. I returned this after the handyman could not install it. 6 big holes in my wall now. Great idea, but would have needed to scab a board to our wall to make it work.

Hire a professional if installing in dry wall area and get new mounting screws
Not really for dry walk and instructions aren’t clear enough on how to install it properly. Will definitely need professional help to install it. The stand is sturdy but if instruction were clear then it would’ve been better

Install kit is for concrete walls
Works great for my wife. The anchors included is for concrete walls. I found a stud and had to use my own screws

La falta una tuerca, llego todo bien pero la tuercaque se ve del lado derecho superior no venia en el paquete, entonces no se detiene cusndo lo donlas hacia arriba Quisiera que me mandaran la tuerca
