Q: Can you apply this with a spray gun? Directions say to use a paint sponge and apply with the grain.

We used a sponge and it worked perfectly. It is thin enough to use a gun but with the detail on our teak and slat widths it would not have worked.

Q: can i use a sprayer to apply?

The viscosity might not allow you to use a sprayer. Please call our Tech Line at (800) 327-8583 to discuss.

Teak Sealer is not formulated to be applied as a spray.

Q: what size do I buy for an 80"w x 50" d x 35" height daybed?

Will take more than a quart. You will have left overs with a half gallon. If it is outside it will soak up. Inside? You could buy the quart and just do the exposed parts fist then see how much lasts on the non exposed.
