Can it withstand bad weather with snow?

Mine most of the lights have atleast 1 if not more of the leds in the ring not working after this winter snow

the solar ground lights come with batteries,you dont need buy batteries

Will garden lights work during the day?

the solar garden lights is auto on/off , it can light up in dark or night time and turn off near light or in daytime

do these go deep enough to mow over without having to remove them?
