***updated review****: I am about half way through my third bottle and guys/gals I cannot stress enough how amazing this product is. I was really at the point of seeking out a dermatologist for my hair. It had become so brittle, thin, bland and dry. I can visibly see a huge difference. I will say I am 100% diligent with taking it every morning. I may have missed two mornings in the past three months. I am also taking the same brands biotin.
