First, the headrest is very well made, comes with two zippered covers (1 leather/suede, then 1 cloth), plus extra filling in case you need to make it larger for your needs. I am short and my head kept hitting my BMW headrest at an odd angle and leaving a large gap at the neck area. All I could think of was being in an accident and my neck bowing back into the gap and really getting hurt or worse. Second, it fits well to fill the neck area gap. I raised the headrest all the way up and affixed the Poksri headrest so that if fit starting at the top of my shoulders and filled the gap area at my neck. Finally my seat is now very comfortable, I don't feel as if my head is pushed down/forward and the neck area is supported, with the headrest filling the curve of my neck perfectly making my posture normal finally. I needed to fill a 3-3.5" area and the headrest as purchased filled it perfectly. I looked at a number of other headrests to fill the neck gap, but they seemed too bulky. This one was perfect for me.

I use this in my 2025 RAV4. I’m 5’3” so I don’t reach the headrest. This helped greatly with comfort and enabled better positioning of the seat overall. I also feel safer as there is something protecting my head at least.

These neck pillows are luxurious and amazing. Plump and supportive yet soft, with a thick, durable, smooth cover. No smell. Came with extra stuffing which I didn't need to add. I installed them with long edge up which fits our A shaped sport seats (see photos) however if the short side is up there is a zipper that might be uncomfortable at top of neck. Passengers comment on how great they are, and our necks have been saved on long road trips.

These look and feel amazing. They make the Tesla seats way more comfortable for me and everyone else in the car.

Would have given it five stars except the description is a little deceptive? Uses the word “set” and the photos shows two pillows on two front seats so I thought that two pillows were included in the order. Only one pillow showed up in the box so I went back and read the description more carefully, and it says one piece, my bad. A bit pricey for one , but it is comfortable and it seems high-quality. If it were more reasonably priced, I’d get a second one for the passenger seat, but that’s not is not going to happen.

Great for G60 Reclining Position. I was looking for a pillow to make sleeping in reclining position comfortable. Out of the many pillows I tried, only this one worked. Came with additional stuffing and soft cover, in addition to the leather cover. I added all of the additional stuffing and then added some more from a pillow I had. Good size pillow and fills the gap between the headrest and the seat.

Comfortable head/neck support in the car. Our Ford Explorer headrests have a space right behind my neck that feels unsupported, and the headrest itself pokes my head forward uncomfortably. In the past, I've worn a travel pillow for support in the car. I like that this headrest gives me a soft landing for my head and neck. No need for the travel pillow anymore. It is rather tall for the gap, and it seemed weird at first that it doesn't collapse into the sunken space at bars of the headrest; but, because it is tall enough to bridge the gap, it provides soft comfort. No more neck pain.
