Benebone Maplestick Real Wood Durable Dog Chew Toy, Made in USA, Small

I bought this for my 1 year old chiweenie who is teething and can chew through anything and loses interest in many toys.. this bone is the first thing she hasn't completely destroyed or lost interest in. I'm impressed by the weight/durability and it smells really good. My other dog who is 6 yrs old is also obsessed with it! He enjoys chewing sticks so this is a nice, safe alternative. No splintering/no chunks breaking off.. it's been chewed nearly nonstop since I got it and is such a popular toy with both dogs that I'm in awe. This is the most beloved chew toy I've bought for any dog, ever. They were fighting over it a lot at first but they finally learned to share it amicably and frequently trade it back and forth.. I'll probably buy another one soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I'm extremely pleased with this product. Update 12/13/2020: This bone has been chewed every single day by both of my dogs since we got it, about 1.5 years ago. We just got them another one to share seeing as they both still love it so much! The original one still has lots of life left in it though.

My dogs love these safety bones. I have 2 dogs that love chew time! They are around 17 pounds each. This bone is a perfect size.

Great chew bone for my dog! She's a small dog, but a power chewer. She gets through toys pretty quick, so we were looking for a durable, long lasting toy for her to chew on, but that is also a safer option. After some research, we purchased the Benebone and gave it a shot. So far, seems to be doing great! It was a little bigger than we imagined it would be, but might be better in the long run. Overall, i'd recommend it.

My Pups Vet recommended Benebone for my Pup who is an aggressive chewer. I bought it a little early as I bought another one first that he can use that is safe for his teeth at his age and will give this one at 20 week's. He was and stll will pick up every stick in the yard but he used to chew on pecan tree limbs. NOT SAFE as they can get splinters in their gum's. Or bigger ones in the back of their throat. These are much safers and satisfy thier need for the to chew plus help with their teeth cleaning! He will absolutely love it!

In the last 14 years I have had hard chewers in medium and large sized dogs (all of them bulldog types). This stick has been the most favored form and hardness by all of them. They like other things - I rotate their assortment of available toys every so often - but this is overall the favorite.

I normally don't write in many reviews but we now have a 7 month old beagle puppy that we got at 3 months old. Let me tell you, I wished I had found this 4 months ago ha ha! We have went through many chewing type Nylabones & stick shaped items to finally fall at this being her favorite. I'm actually on here to get the bacon flavor. It's so durable & I think feels & tastes like a real stick for her. She's always bringing in sticks & leaves to chew on & this leaves obviously no mess. Thank you for making this perfect dog chewing stick for our hard hard chewing beagle puppy.

My puppy likes this and played with it for a little while. Not as enthusiastic as other products of the same purpose. BUT I would not buy this item again due to the sharp point - likely coming from the mold it was formed in. He played with it for awhile. When I went to pick it up off the floor, on one of the"arms" on this "bone," was a very sharp point. I had to scrape it off with a knife. It helped but quality control on this "bone" is very poor. No, I will not purchase this again.

Perfect chew

Já testei alguns ossinhos de nylon, mas minha cachorra só gosta desses da Benebone, tanto o de mapple quanto o de bacon (os outros não experimentei). Apesar dela ter 15kg e ser porte médio, sempre compro o tamanho P, pois ela tem o fuço fino e uma mordedura mais fraca. Ela rói todo dia várias vezes e dura em média uns 6 meses até ficar só com a haste do meio. Vai soltando pequenos pedacinhos, que a minha não engole, mas segundo o que li, se o cão acabar engolindo não faz mal.

When we got our Yorkie puppy he liked to chew. Saw one of these in a pet store and bought it. He loved it, and a year later and he still has it and chews on it daily. Other than the ends being a bit chewed down it is still in great shape. We bought another one so we could have a spare for all the seasonal. Oversee are extremely satisfied with the purchase.

Interesting chew toy. The length is right, but it's too thick. So my bigger dog gets this one. They were both interested in it, but it was for small dog. Now I have to buy another smaller one. Small dog is an excessive chewer, she destroyed a Nylabone! These however, seem to be good though. Thank you.

My dog has really taken to this chew bone.
