The Wheelchair is Great and the Vendor Responsive
Installation. Installation was very easy and without issues. Battery. This model comes with a 24V 20Ah battery, which was not in the product description. Before receiving the product, I messaged the vendor, Gymrolls, in an attempt to obtain the battery specification. It was strange that the vendor did not directly answer my questions, rather than only telling me it’s a 24V battery with a 20-mile range. What I was looking for were the specs to see if the battery meets FAA specifications to hand cary on an airplane. Instead, the vendor sent me its Amazon link to the model that is airline approved. The model I purchased did not state that, and I had to wait and verify with what I received for the ampere hours. This one is 20Ah, which means I will not be able to handcarry on the plane. FAA allows up to 300Wh (watt hours) for electric wheelchair batteries. I researched that Wh = Volts x Ah, therefore 24x20=480Wh. I needed a 24V 12Ah (288Wh) to be eligible to hand carry on the airplane. The vendor was responsive and was able to sell me the 12Ah battery at a very good price with shipping and delivery that would be just in time for my travels. Wheelchair. As of this first impression review, I was only able to test inside my house and all seems well. I will know later, once I am able to test it outside on the pavement, grass and the incline on our driveway. *Update 9/26/2024. I was able to use the wheelchair all day at a festival in a park. The battery lasted with still more time to spare. Very impressionable. I do not have any negative experiences, therefore, I do recommend the product. Instructions. It comes with a printed: 1) instruction manual for the lithium battery; and, 2) wheelchair product use and technical instructions

Great Electric Wheelchair For Grandparents!
I bought this Electric Wheelchair for my grandma, and it has been fantastic. Comfort: She finds the seat very comfortable, even for long periods, with soft yet supportive cushioning. Ease of Use: The joystick is responsive, making it easy for her to navigate. The battery lasts a long time, so she rarely worries about recharging. Portability: It folds up easily, fitting into our car trunk for outings, which has been great for family trips. Build Quality: The wheelchair feels sturdy and handles different surfaces well, from smooth floors to rougher outdoor terrain. Overall, this wheelchair has greatly improved my grandma's independence, and we’re very happy with the purchase!

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time!
I love this chair! It’s cute and runs great. I needed help taking it out of the box and with the very simple assembly but that’s only because of my disability. My friend had it charging (the battery takes about 8 hours to fully charge but it holds the power for quite a long time. I mainly use it around my house and its size makes it easy for me turn around in some very tight spaces. I keep mine out as an extra chair and I get so many compliments on how cute and comfortable it is to sit in. I do use a bungee cord to keep the foot rest up when I’m not using it and I did buy an extra battery just encase, glad I did because it took about a month and a half to come. I’m spoiled now and don’t want to be without the mobility device. It folds nicely and ways about 50lbs with the battery attached so I still need someone to lift it into and out of my car. It drives great outside and even over my grassy and hilly yard. I can’t say enough good about this mobility device. It gave me my freedom back in so many ways! 👍👍

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! In less than two months (yes 2), it cannot be used. Both arms fell off and screws broke in half!!!!!!!!!!! It does not go anywhere near 5.5 mph nor does it go 21 miles. We desperately needed this wheelchair. I know the pricing looks awesome, but it only lasted less than 2 months. Learn from my mistake...go with an American company that you have some recourse versus this Chinese POS.

Electric chair
I love the chair, but I’ve been having a little bit of problems with it. Screws are always falling out. I’ve had a well part of it together.

Perfect for mom
This product was so easy for my seventy seven year old mom to work. And it's so much easier for me to lift to put in and out of a minivan. The battery lasts a very long time. She used it for a week when we got it and only lost one bar...

Don't trust it
Difficult to maneuver. Footrest does not stay up. Seems fragile for price, side pieces of flimsy plastic pop off. Not ccomfortabr to sit in long. Lost charge spontaneously when fully charged - scary when chair is needed to go from point A to point B!! I (Suspect a lose wire somewhere ) I have no confidence in it which is not good when it's a wheelchair
