Q: What is the inner circle diameter?

Its 2.5cm. It'll fit around a slightly bigger bar and be opened up a little so the sides won't touch.

Q: I am unsure if I should purchase the 2.5's or the 3.0's. I have large hands, from my wrist to the tip of my middle finger is 9 inches.

I train with the 3.0s and my hands are 8 inches long but I'd advise the 2.5s first unless you have stronger hands. I train my grip strength with grippers and my hand strength can close a captain's of crush 3 which is 280lbs.

Q: How tough is the grip on these? Will I need gloves?

Its pretty easy on your hands youll just need strong enough hands to keep a good grip on them. Id advise training your grip also so you can use these on all your exercises. Best equipment to train yoir grip is ironmind captains of crush grippers

You dontt he smell goes away after use for a while mine stopped the smell just smells like rubber now
