I know many people are concerned about if a tablet will fit. great. but more importantly will my lc9 fit in it or my glock 27? roll of duct taptap?

I have Ruger P94DC 9mm and it fits with a holster that holds an extra magazine. You could fit the glock and the duck tape at the same time.

Will an 11.6 nextbook fit?

I do not have access to 11.6 nextbook, but I would say no: dimensions are roughly 9.5 by 8.Maybe in the back, open top pocket with flap open. That is where the bag's strap is stored when it arrives.
