I like to use eyeliner but hate the liners with lead so hard that it is almost impossible to get a smooth line without pulling and tugging on my eyelids. It is a real balancing act --- too hard and it pulls my eyelids as I apply it, too soft and it smears and wears off quickly. These liners are the perfect consistency. Smooth lines that stay in place all day. Easy to wash off at night without needing special cleanser. I buy tons of them, just in case they get discontinued in the future. There is even a small covered sponge blender built into the pencil that makes smudging the liner easy and neat. Underneath the blender is a sharpener but I don't find the need to sharpen these leads because they are slender enough to draw a fine line even after using them for awhile. Perfect liner at a really reasonable price. My very favorite dark brown liner.

Tengo varios años usando este lápiz. Me encanta. Es muy suave en la aplicación.

This is awesome eyeliner. Goes on great, doesn't smear, stays on for a long time. Great quality.

Good eyeliner colors. Frequently purchase brownish black and black shades. They need retouching throughout day, but still my favorite liner.

I don't normally buy the softer eyeliners that go on too easy. I was actually surprised with this eyeliner pen though. It is a very soft pencil that goes on easy and is designed to smudge easy for blending and softening hard lines. This is not the eyeliner for you if you want bold lines that stay where you put them. If you have deep creases in your eyelids, there is a good chance it will transfer onto the crease of your eyes, giving you a double line on your lid. LOL If you have a shaky hand and need something that compensates for it, you really should purchase the harder eyeliner pencils that need to be sharpened with a standard pencil sharpener. It will stay where you put it and it will never smug. Basically, you need to know what it is you want to achieve and go after the one that will give it to you. There is a sponge on the bottom tip for creating shadow lines and shading. If this is what you want, you will be very happy with this eyeliner. It can leave a bold stable line as well if you don't wipe your eyes with your hands throughout the day or have deep creases in your eyelids. I prefer the solid line myself and it has not disappointed me. There is also a sharpener on the tip of this pencil so that you can sharpen up the soft end into a nice tip. Personally, I don't think it would be necessary for most people, but its there if you need it. I also got the brownish black and it looked like it was going to be a disappointment as it looked very brown by just looking at the pencil. Once I put it on though it was perfectly dark blackish brown. I was happy with the color. Don't judge by the outward appearance as it will be darker when it is applied. I personally think that application at the "water line" is a long-term mistake. There are precious ducts and glands in that area and clogging them up with this soft liner seems like the wrong thing to do. I don't recommend it with this pencil because it is just too soft. I'm not a health professional, but I do have ocular rosacea and blocked ducts seem to go hand in hand with it. The good thing about this eyeliner is that it does clean off nicely with makeup remover cloths even better than the harder eyeliner I was using before.
