WTH how are you going to sell a product that doesn’t work? I’m doing a return for refund the very first day the package arrived! Please make sure ALL of your products work before shipping! I waited almost 2 weeks for product to arrive then the first day I. Take out of package it doesn’t work?? This is ridiculous!!

Don't know if it will reduce eye puffiness. Haven't used it very long. Seems to function (on/off, etc.) as it should. A little hard to use and seems well made.

Well, after a few months there is absolutely no improvement! You can surely feel it. Especially if you put some cream on your skin. The current absolutely tings in your skin. I was hopeful, but my bags are still awful. They are actually bigger than when I started.

i know they look like something out of a comic book, but it’s not about that! it’s how well they work! and if you’re reading the pamphlet, following the directions, using a serum or gel with them, you will definitely feel the little microcurrent zaps. my under eye area is a huge insecurity of mine, and i’m willing to try anything out. i know these will work if i continue using them. get them! stop questioning them and just give it a shot.
